The ECG app and irregular heart rhythm notification have been approved in Canada
The Health app analyzes your ECGs to indicate whether you have the normal sinus rhythm or show signs of atrial fibrillation, which is a serious form of irregular heart rhythm.
In March, the watchOS 5.2 software enabled support for both the ECG app and the irregular heart rhythm notification in Hong Kong and 19 European countries. A few weeks later, the minor watchOS 5.2.1 update brought support for the ECG and irregular heart rhythm notification features to Croatia, Czech Republic, Iceland, Poland and Slovakia.

The ECG app and irregular rhythm notifications require iPhone 5s or later on iOS 12.2+.
The watchOS Feature Availability page lists all the regions where the ECG app is currently available, as well as the markets supporting irregular heart rhythm notifications.
