Nanoleaf debuts new matter-enabled smart multicolor rope light outdoor solar garden lights

Our friends over at Nanoleaf are out with some new smart home lighting accessories this week, this time targeting both indoor and outdoor users who want to spice up their living space with HomeKit and Matter-compatible RGB/W LED lighting solutions.

Matter Smart Multicolor Rope Light

The first of Nanoleaf’s latest products is the Matter Smart Multicolor Rope Light, which provides users with an interesting wall design that can take any abstract shape or work as an outline border for your existing wall furniture.

Nanoleaf says its Matter Smart Multicolor Rope Light can bend and flex with ease, allowing the end user to form or fit it around whatever decor they might have in their room of choice.

Each strip of lights measures 5 meters long and contains 420 addressable LEDs sporting a combined brightness of approximately 300 lumens. The long-lasting LEDs are rated for 25,000 hours and support a white temperature range of 2700-6500K as well as 16+ million RGB colors.

Nanoleaf’s Matter Smart Multicolor Rope Light retails for $69.99 and is available starting today from the brand’s official website.

Solar Garden Lights

Nanoleaf Solar Garden Lights.

The second of Nanoleaf’s latest products is their Solar Garden Lights, which lend stylish outdoor lighting for any walkway, garden, driveway, or anything else you can think of.

According to Nanoleaf, its Solar Garden Lights are perfect for landscape accent lighting and can illuminate pathways for nighttime navigation.

Each light contains 8 LED bulbs that support 8 solid RGB colors and 11 animated multicolor scenes in addition to warm and cool whites. The lights offer a combined 50 lumens of light and support a white color temperature range of 2850-3150K.

Nanoleaf’s Solar Garden Lights are IP65 weather resistant, charge via solar panels or USB-C, and have an external remote for controlling the colors and effects. These are unfortunately not intended for use with HomeKit, Matter, or smart apps
