Apple and EA Sports to stream some MLS Season Pass matches for free
Apple and EA Sports will provide a free live stream of select MLS Season Pass matches through the official FC Mobile app on the iPhone and iPad.
EA’s announcement explains that sports fans can live stream four selected MLS games in the FC Mobile’s in-game video platform, FCM TV. The first match between longtime rivals LA Galaxy and New York Red Bulls will air on the platform on Saturday, May 10, at 23:30 UTC.
The second match will see Atlanta United face off Philadelphia Union on Saturday the following week, on May 17 at 23:30 UTC. Both games will stream live on FCM TV, within FC Mobile. Details about the remaining two matches scheduled for September will be announced later.

EA notes that there will be a chance to win unspecified rewards for those watching the broadcast live. Plus, fans can play both of these key matches to re-create the action inside FC Mobile’s Football Centre.
And for those “who can’t get enough football action,” EA and Apple will treat them to a free 1-month trial of MLS Season Pass, according to the announcement. The offer is eligible to redeem from March 27 at 01:00 UTC to October 5 23:59 PT for anyone who doesn’t already have an MLS Season Pass for the 25/26 Season.
Eligible FC Mobile users can redeem the offer from via the MLS tab of FCM TV during each of the live MLS game broadcasts on May 10 and May 17 or a More Info button that will be live intermittently in the News section of FC Mobile.
“An in-game message featuring the MLS Season Pass offer will appear via the News section and in the MLS sections of FCM TV when you launch EA Sports FC Mobile and connect to EA servers between May 6 at 01:00 UTC and May 18 at 01:00 UTC,“ reads the announcement. “Once you have located the offer, eligible users will be able to redeem this offer for a 1-month free trial of MLS Season Pass on Apple TV.”
MLS Season Pass is exclusively offered in Apple’s TV app as a subscription. Regular subscription is $15/month or $69/season in the United States, but Apple is currently offering 25 percent off for a limited time. If you’re an Apple TV+ subscriber, you’ll pay less for MLS Season Pass: $13/month or $59/season.
