Today we were doing our twice a week maintenance at a client in D.C.  The task seemed simple.  Setup a new iPad.  Setting it up was simple but every time I tried to download a free app it would not work.  It said the media folder did not have write access.  We even created a new one and that was not the case.  I called our team and we figured out that the iTunes saved cc info is stored.  It is in /Users/Shared/SC info

Once we deleted that folder it worked.  The client was very happy to use the new iPad.  They did not realize that not only do we service Macs but also PC’s, iPhones, and iPads.
