In Pixel Resizer the aspect ratio doesn’t have to stay the same like most image scalers. Just import an image, change the output dimensions in pixels, and export. The app supports dimensions up to 4,000 x 4,000 pixels. There is zero lag time, images export immediately. You can even set presets for frequently used dimensions.
