Focus Timer will make focusing a habit. It comes with three themes to get you started: Reading, Studying, and Meditation. You’re able to create custom themes as well. When it’s time to focus, simply choose the theme and flip your iPhone face down to start the timer. Flipping it back up will end the timer, but try to stay focused for the entire duration. Focus Timer will record and chart all of your activities for the week for review. The app also includes a widget, seven wallpapers, and the ability to backup and restore data.
