The new game Toem: A Photo Adventure is all about using a camera for good.

In the unique point-and-click adventure, you’re given a small camera and tasked with helping people in a number of Scandinavian-inspired environments. For example, you’ll need to help an swimmer find his lost sock and other quirky puzzles.

While solving the puzzles and taking pictures, you can explore the different environments and talk to all of the unique townsfolk. Instead of specific levels, you’ll have to help enough people in one town to earn a free bus trip to the next town.

Taking photos is one of the best parts of the game. You’ll use the iPhone’s gyroscope to rotate around the scene and find exactly what you want to capture. All of the photos you take are stored in an album to enjoy later.

When entering the album, you can select a photo and edit it or even share with other outside of the game.

Along with the hand drawn black-and-white esthetic, the game features some great music that helps set the different scenes that you’ll travel to.

Toem: A Photo Adventure is a free download now on the App Store for the iPhone and all iPad models. You can try a limited amount of the game for free. To unlock the entire title, you’ll need to make a $6.99 in-app purchase.
