Peak Design launches new cases for iPhone 16 lineup with new leather option, adds colors to mobile wallet offerings
With the announcement of the new iPhone 16 & 16 Pro lineup on Monday, case and accessory makers are already punching out new products to suit them. Not absent from that list is Peak Design, one of my favorite photography and travel gear brands that also happens to make quality cases for the iPhone lineup.

Peak Design Everyday Case for iPhone 16 Lineup
This week, Peak Design is launching an entirely new lineup of Everyday cases for the iPhone 16, 16 Plus, 16 Pro, and 16 Pro Max. These cases feature not only the Fabric-like nylon feel on the back that we’ve known and loved for years, but also a brand new Clarino leather option — a first for the brand.
The fabric/nylon cases are available in three colorways, including Eclipse (burgundy), Sage (green), and Charcoal (gray), while the leather cases are available in three alternative colorways, including Tan (light brown), Bone (off-white), and Black (self-explanatory).
The latest Everyday cases have a new cutout on the right side for accessing the new Camera Control that Apple introduced with the iPhone 16 lineup this year. This offers access to the newest way to toggle and control your iPhone’s camera app from anywhere with ease.
Also available is the new Finger Loop case, which provides a comfortable built-in place to put your finger for an enhanced grip. The finger loop is only available in fabric cases, not the leather ones.
Like all Everyday cases from years’ past, the new iPhone 16 lineup of cases feature Peak Design’s SlimLink locking system for Peak Design-branded action mounts. Likewise, all cases are magnetized and support both MagSafe and Qi2 wireless chargers.
A rubberized full-surround shock absorbing bumper, paired with a slim 2.4mm profile, make the Peak Design Everyday Case a protective, yet sporty case that doesn’t give off brick vibes like a lot of the competition does. Likewise, the machined aluminum buttons are tactile and feel premium in the hand.
A protective lip around not only the camera hump, but also the entire display, help ensure safety from 6-foot drops, while a lanyard loop toward the bottom of the case lets you attach a lanyard of your choosing to prevent drops altogether.

New colors for Mobile Wallet
Peak Design are also intruding two new colors for its MagSafe-compatible Mobile Wallet. These are made out of fabric and come in the Eclipse (burgundy) color and the Sage (green) color. They match perfectly with the corresponding fabric Everyday Case.
