Logitech unveiled three new accessories for the Mac today as part of the new Logi for Mac lineup. The offerings include MX keyboards and mice, as well as the company’s first ergonomic Mac keyboard dubbed Ergo Wave Keys.

The keyboards have macOS layouts. Like Apple’s keyboards, the ones Logitech offers Mac users have a function key row providing quick access to media controls and functions like volume and brightness control, search, emoji input, etc.

“the new Logi for Mac products cater to the diverse needs of users across macOS and iPadOS with dedicated macOS keyboard layouts and colors that match the Apple ecosystem,” according to the Logitech blog. The lineup includes the following products, all featuring color finishes that complement your Apple esthetics.

MX Keys S for Mac ($110)

MX Keys S is a productivity keyboard that automates repetitive tasks with time-saving Smart Actions in the Logi Options+ app. It’s available in two finishes, Space Gray and Pale Grey. The keyboard has illumination for easier typing in low-light environments that adjusts to ambient light and hand proximity.

The Bluetooth keyboard connects to up to three devices simultaneously, and you can easily switch between them. The built-in 1500 mAh battery lasts up to 10 days with backlighting on or up to 5 months with backlighting off. You can recharge the battery or run the keyboard in wired mode via a USB-C port on the back.

MX Keys S Combo for Mac ($200)

This combo comprises an MX Keys S keyboard, an MX Master 3S mouse and an MX Palm Rest. Combine them together to boost your typing experience. The palm rest helps prevent fatigue, while the mouse ensures smooth cursor movement.

MX Anywhere 3S for Mac ($80)

Logitech’s iconic compact mouse, made for Mac, has an 8K resolution sensor with Darkfield technology for precise cursor positioning on any surface and the MagSpeed Electromagnetic wheel for equally exact scrolling.

The MX Keys Mini keyboard has been available only in Pale Gray but now comes in Space Gray. This minimalist wireless keyboard features backlit keys and won’t take much space on your desk but you lose a dedicated numpad.

Ergo Series Wave Keys for Mac ($60)

Logitech’s first ergonomic keyboard for the Mac lacks a split keyframe we saw on similar keyboards. Instead, it rocks a pretty unique wave design with angled keys, which reduces strain on the wrists when typing (helpful in preventing Carpal tunnel syndrome). A cushioned palm rest provides day-long comfort.

What are your favorites?

Do you like any of the new Logi for Mac accessories? I’ve had my eye on ergonomic keyboards for some time now but haven’t jumped the gun yet because I’ve had a bad experience with them in the past.
