“The Morning Show” season 4 returns to Apple TV+ in September
Apple has announced that the fourth season of “The Morning Show” will return to the Apple TV+ streaming service globally in September.
Apple TV+ shared a first look at the upcoming fourth season of “The Morning Show,” its award-winning drama that exposes the behavior of network news TV anchors.
Like previous seasons, season 4 will be ten episodes long, with Apple going for a phased release instead of dumping all episodes at once for binge-watching.

The first episode of the fourth season of “The Morning Show” will premiere globally on the Apple TV+ streaming service on Wednesday, September 17, 2025. It will be followed by one episode released weekly until November 19, 2025.
Apple’s announcement shares this about the new season:
Season four of “The Morning Show” opens in spring 2024, almost two years after the events of season three. With the UBA-NBN merger complete, the newsroom must grapple with newfound responsibility, hidden motives and the elusive nature of truth in a polarized America. In a world rife with deepfakes, conspiracy theories and corporate cover-ups — who can you trust? And how can you know what’s actually real?
Aside from Jenifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon, the cast of season four includes Billy Crudup, Karen Pittman, Nicole Beharie, Nestor Carbonell, Mark Duplass, Greta Lee, Marion Cotillard, Jeremy Irons, Aaron Pierre, William Jackson Harper, Boyd Holbrook and returning fan-favorite Jon Hamm.
“The Morning Show” is the first global Apple TV+ hit
The hit drama stars and is executive produced by Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston. “The Morning Show” was among the first batch of shows to hit Apple TV+ following its debut in November 2019 and the first breakout hit for the then-fledgling service. “The Morning Show” went on to receive numerous accolades, including 27 Primetime Emmy Award nominations, ten Screen Actors Guild Award nominations and nine Golden Globe Award nominations
