Topaz Photo AI v3.6.2 released with support for more cameras various bug fixes
Topaz Photo AI is one of my favorite photo editing applications available today because of the incredible things that it can do to your photographs with the help of artificial intelligence. Fortunately, the software only continues to get better with frequent updates, like the new versions 3.6.1 and 3.6.2 that the team just released.
In a blog post, the Topaz Labs team offered insight into what’s new in these updates, giving users an opportunity to learn more about what they can expect after updating. While they aren’t major updates, they are important for a number of reasons. We’ll include the change logs below:

– Nikon Z50 Mark II with Camera Profiles
– Sony ILCE-1m2 with Camera Profiles
– Canon EOS R100 with Adobe Standard Profile
– Panasonic DC-GH7 with Adobe Standard Profile
– Fix preview breaking on Mac with images larger than 15,000 pixels
– Fix text with wrong color in warnings on Windows
– Fix logging out trial users when switching between different applications
Topaz Photo AI v3.6.2
– Fix quick preview not working for Super Focus v1 and v2
As you’ve just seen for yourself, version 3.6.1 focuses primarily on adding support for new cameras and their profiles, which makes the software even more compatible with the RAW files produced by certain cameras. As a Sony A1 II user, I’m particularly happy to see support for this camera expanding in Topaz Photo AI.
Other changes in this update include bug fixes for both macOS and Windows machines, as well as a cross-platform bug that could affect trial users.
The newer version 3.6.2 update came only a short while after with a single change: fixing quick preview not working for Super Focus version 1 and version 2.
Topaz Photo AI is renowned for its ability to fix botched images captured in-camera that might otherwise be keepers. For example, missing focus on an image or cropping in too far and needing a higher resolution. AI appears to be very good at fixing these issues, salvaging otherwise bad photos and making them usable.
