TrollInstallerX TrollStore installation method for iOS 14.0-16.6.1 updated to v1.0.3 with bug fixes
TrollInstallerX, a TrollStore installation method that supports iPhones and iPads running iOS & iPadOS 14.0-16.6.1, picked up another update Thursday afternoon that brings the utility up to version 1.0.3.
The update, announced in a post shared to X (formerly Twitter) by project lead developer @alfiecg_dev, appears to introduce the following changes and improvements over the previous version:
– Update for Xcode 15.4+ compilation for fix known issues
– Add a temporary fix for yellow iPhone 14 and 14 Plus devices running iOS 16.3 (requires the use of TrollInstallerX-20D50.ipa)
– Remove confusing logging around exploit de-initialization
– Fix arm64e devices on iOS 15.7.x that couldn’t download the kernelcache by updating libgrabkernel2, which should fix some known issues
If you’ve already successfully used TrollInstallerX to install TrollStore on your iPhone or iPad, then it really doesn’t make a difference if you download and install the latest version or not.
