Apple just announced its all new iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus. The new handsets include 6.1″ and 6.7″ displays, respectively, and a host of new features like the A15 bionic chip, a custom OLED screen and an amazing new camera system.
Here is everything you need to know about the new iPhone 14:
- 6.1-inch display for iPhone 14, 6.7-inch display for iPhone 14 Plus
- A15 Bionic Chip features 6-core CPU w/ 2 high performance cores and 4 efficiency cores
- New 12mp main camera has larger sensor, F1.5 aperture, and OIS (image stabilization)
- 2.5x better low light camera performance
- New video Action mode offers much better image stabilization
- No more SIM trays for US models–eSIM only
- eSIM makes switching plans faster and is more safe than regular SIM
- Now features crash detection, just like the new Apple Watch
- Emergency SOS via satellite (sat system can also be used for FindMy), free for 2-years w/ iPhone 14
Both the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus will be available for pre-order starting September 9, starting at $799 and $899. Launches September 16.
