How to view ratings and stars you received as an Uber rider

Uber now lets you see how many stars drivers have rated you. Here’s more about this rating system and how you can view the average rating and stars you have received from Uber drivers for your completed rides.
About Uber rider ratings
After you finish an Uber ride, you get the option to rate your driver. You can choose between one to five stars, one being the worst and five the best. In the same way, your driver can also rate you between one and five.
Uber shows you the average overall rating drivers have given you based on your last 500 Uber rides. You can see this average rating below your name by tapping the three-line icon from the top right. If you’re an excellent rider, it can be anything between 4.9 to 5. Further, you can tap this number to see how the rating is calculated and why it matters. If you don’t see your average rider rating, that means you have taken less than five Uber rides.
As announced on 16th February 2022, in addition to this overall single-figure rating, Uber now also shows you a breakdown of the rating. For instance, it will show how many 5 stars, 4 stars, 1 star, and everything in between you got from Uber drivers.
Please note: Never do the riders or drivers see the individual rating left for a specific trip. This means you won’t know which exact trip of yours was rated 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 stars. But after a while, the driver ratings for you of this trip will appear in the list of ratings between 1 to 5.
How to see how many stars Uber drivers have rated you
Here’s how to see the number of 5 stars, 1 star, or any other star you got from Uber drivers after your rides:
1) Inside the Uber app, tap the three-line icon from the top right.
2) Tap Settings.
3) Scroll down and tap Privacy.
4) Tap Privacy Center.
5) Swipe left under “Your data and privacy at Uber” and from the card that says “Would you like to see a summary of how you use Uber,” tap See summary.
6) Scroll down and tap View my ratings. Here, under Rider ratings, you will see how many 5 stars, 4 stars, 3 stars, 2 stars, or 1 star Uber drivers have given you.
Please note that this isn’t real-time data. And just like you may not rate every Uber ride, drivers, too, don’t rate every rider.
Don’t see these stars or the options to get to your Uber rider ratings? This can be because you haven’t taken enough rides. It’s also likely that this feature isn’t available just yet in your country.
How to improve your Uber rider rating
Ways to increase your Uber rider rating and get more stars are pretty simple. Here’s how:
