New Apple Watch Series 6 features a 2.5x brighter, always-on display

Apple this morning unveiled the latest version of its wearable, the Apple Watch Series 6. Among the slew of new features announced is a enhanced display. Apple says the screen is 2.5x brighter than previous models, and is always on for quick information at a glance.
It sounds like the new display is specifically brighter outdoors, so if you’re going for a walk or run, or doing other outdoor activities, you won’t have any issues reading the information on your screen. I know with my Series 4 that can be an issue in direct sunlight.
