Pause: Mindful moments

Pause is based on the ancient principles of Tai Chi and mindfulness practice. The idea is to slowly and continuously move your finger across the screen, which triggers the body’s “rest and digest” response. If you move too quickly the fluid that’s following your finger will break up. Move too slowly and everything will come to a screeching halt. Pause keeps track of the length of each session as well.
