IgTwit<\/a> is a compelling new social app by Zami.com<\/a> that lets you explore your neighborhood in a new way by seeing what people are sharing at local businesses.<\/p>\n

Going out and exploring your neighborhood can sometimes be challenging, but the possibilities are endless when you have the power of social media at your disposal.<\/p>\n

IgTwit gives you more by providing a visual representation of what\u2019s going on around you. It does this by aggregating Instagram and Twitter posts on a map or in a list.<\/p>\n

The best part is you can pan and zoom the map to wherever you want, so this is especially useful if you\u2019re travelling.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s important to note that you don\u2019t need to have an Instagram or Twitter account in order to take advantage of all that IgTwit offers.<\/p>\n

When it comes to usability, I found IgTwit to be incredibly easy to navigate. Along with the map function, you can view your dashboard and tweak location preferences or see how much you\u2019ve earned for viewing local venue discounts.<\/p>\n

If you want to connect with others in the community, IgTwit allows you to copy Instagram and Twitter usernames in your viewing area to your clipboard. You can then import these usernames into their respective apps.<\/p>\n

IgTwit is available to download from the App Store for free and is designed for iPhone. There are no ads or in-app purchases, so the app is completely free to use.<\/p>\n

The best part is that it works even if you\u2019re not an avid Instagram or Twitter user. Plus, you can\u2019t beat the opportunity to find discounts and deals at venues.<\/p>\n
