Our publishing and other schedules are based on the USA (PST) time zone, while I&#8217;m on Asian (IST) time.<\/p>\n<p>If I have an important task I want to be reminded about based on Pacific Standard Time (PST), the iOS 26 and macOS 26 Reminders app lets me do that without having to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.idownloadblog.com\/2023\/11\/02\/how-to-use-world-clock-iphone\/\">check the World Clock<\/a> or do mental mathematics calculating the right time based on the time difference\/time zone.<\/p>\n<h2>Set reminder alert time based on a different time zone<\/h2>\n<p><strong>1)<\/strong> Open the <strong>Reminders app<\/strong> on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac running iOS 26, iPadOS 26, or macOS 26.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2)<\/strong> Add a reminder and then tap the <strong>info button<\/strong> \u24d8 next to the task name.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3)<\/strong> Turn on the <strong>Time<\/strong> switch (and it will automatically enable <em>Date<\/em> as well), and then tap the <strong>Time Zone<\/strong> field.<\/p>\n<p> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1055433\" src=\"https:\/\/media.idownloadblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Adding-reminder-on-iPhone-and-selecting-Time-Zone.png\" alt=\"Adding reminder on iPhone and selecting Time Zone\" width=\"1676\" height=\"1665\" \/> <\/p>\n<p><strong>4)<\/strong> Search for the city on whose time you want to set the reminder, and select it. If your desired city doesn&#8217;t show up in suggestions, pick the one closest to it in the same time zone<\/p>\n<p><strong>5)<\/strong> Now, set the date and time of that selected time zone. Pay close attention to the date, because there may be a change of +1 or -1 in it; so, set it accordingly, and tap the <strong>checkmark icon<\/strong> to save your reminder.<\/p>\n<p> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1055437\" src=\"https:\/\/media.idownloadblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Selecting-city-in-different-time-zone-for-adding-reminder-time.png\" alt=\"Selecting city in different time zone for adding reminder time\" width=\"1676\" height=\"1665\" \/> <\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll see both your local time and the time of a different time zone for such reminders. At the scheduled time (based on your chosen time zone), your iPhone, iPad, or Mac will alert you to the reminder.<\/p>\n<p> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1055436\" src=\"https:\/\/media.idownloadblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Reminder-set-on-iPhone-for-a-different-time-zone.jpg\" alt=\"Reminder set on iPhone for a different time zone\" width=\"1676\" height=\"1665\" \/> <\/p>\n<p>You can see in this screenshot that I had set the reminder time to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.idownloadblog.com\/2018\/01\/09\/how-to-display-clocks-for-other-time-zones-in-your-mac-menu-bar\/\">5:55 AM PST<\/a>, and it alerted me at the correct time.
