The information corroborates Mark Gurman at <em>Bloomberg<\/em>, who recently predicted that Apple will probably hold the event <a href=\"https:\/\/www.idownloadblog.com\/2025\/07\/14\/apple-iphone-17-announcement-september-dates-prediction\/\">during the week of September 8<\/a>. Provided this information is correct, Apple will likely send invites to the press a week before the event on Tuesday, September 2.<\/p>\n<h2>iPhone 17 keynote on September 9, retail sale starting on September 19<\/h2>\n<p>You can expect the upcoming devices to go on pre-order on the Friday of the same week, and land on store shelves two weeks after the event on Friday, September 19.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>iPhone 17 keynote:<\/strong> Tuesday, September 9<\/li>\n<li><strong>iPhone 17 pre-orders:<\/strong> Friday, September 12<\/li>\n<li><strong>iPhone 17 retail availability:<\/strong> Fri, September 19<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Like with past launches, the initial wave will include Apple\u2019s most important markets such as the United States, China, Japan, and Europe.
