Services like Apple Account, iCloud Account &amp; Sign In, iCloud Web Apps, and Sign in with Apple should all work. If there&#8217;s an outage, wait until it&#8217;s resolved on Apple&#8217;s end.<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"Sign-in-using-Face-ID-or-Touch-ID\">Sign in using Face ID or Touch ID<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>When accessing your Apple account in Safari on an iPhone, iPad, or Mac, authenticate with Touch ID or Face ID when asked and see if that helps.<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"Sign-in-with-your-passkey\">Sign in with your passkey<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Visit <a href=\"https:\/\/account.apple.com\/sign-in\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">account.apple.com\/sign-in<\/a> in Safari or Chrome on your iPhone or iPad. This will let you use a saved passkey for the website to authenticate with Face ID or Touch ID without entering the password.<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"Check-your-Apple-account-credentials\">Check your Apple account credentials<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Double-check you&#8217;ve entered the correct email address and password for your Apple account. In countries like India and China, you can also use your phone number as your Apple account username instead of your email address. If you&#8217;ve forgotten your Apple account email address, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.idownloadblog.com\/2021\/10\/20\/how-to-find-know-apple-id-iphone-ipad-mac\/\">follow these steps to find it<\/a>. If you don&#8217;t have a second Apple device, you can have the code sent to your mobile number via text or phone call.<\/p>\n<p>If you cannot access the mobile phone number on file with your Apple account, use your recovery contacts or recovery key to regain access, provided you set<a href=\"https:\/\/www.idownloadblog.com\/2025\/02\/26\/how-to-turn-on-advanced-data-protection-for-icloud\/\"> these up earlier on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac<\/a>. Otherwise, click \u201cCan&#8217;t use [phone number]\u201d and follow the onscreen steps to recover access to your account.
