Learn how to troubleshoot issues with the sign-in failing when accessing your Apple account on the web in the Safari, Chrome, Edge, or Firefox browser.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Apple account web interface at account.apple.com<\/a> lets you view your personal information, change settings, manage subscriptions, and more in a web browser.<\/p>\n

But sometimes you just cannot sign in. This can happen because of a myriad of reasons, including temporary service issues, incorrect login credentials, failure to receive verification codes, system glitches, or bugs in your web browser. Here are all the solutions to fix the sign-in issue when accessing your Apple account on the web.<\/p>\n

If you have issues with the sign-in code<\/span><\/h2>\n

Every time you sign in to your Apple account on a new device or browser, you must enter a verification code sent to your trusted devices, which must be online to receive codes. If you don’t have a second Apple device, you can have the code sent to your mobile number via text or phone call.<\/p>\n

If you cannot access the mobile phone number on file with your Apple account, use your recovery contacts or recovery key to regain access, provided you set these up earlier on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac<\/a>. Otherwise, click \u201cCan’t use [phone number]\u201d and follow the onscreen steps to recover access to your account. You can submit a request to recover your Apple account<\/a>, which will take a few days to process.<\/p>\n
