Open the <strong>Health app<\/strong>, select the <strong>Browse<\/strong> tab, and choose <strong>Sleep<\/strong>, then tap <strong>Full Schedule &amp; Options<\/strong> and turn off the <strong>Sleep Schedule<\/strong> switch.
