This is the third Sonicwall that we have had to support here. Mostly, it appears to be due to bad wiring in the building. Regardless, we had to rush around like crazy to take care of the issue. Luckily, our company has great resources. If one tech does not know the answer, another one does.<\/p>\n<p>Through a series of quick, well placed calls, our IT Technicians were able to sort out the issue and and begin working on it right away! A lot of people hire tech support with the impression that they are working with an individual.
