Designed to be your neighborhood hub, NextDoor lets you easily discover what’s going on in your neighborhood, connect with your neighbors and also be a platform for buying and selling goods locally. <\/span><\/p>\n

NextDoor by NextDoor.com Inc.<\/a> brings your neighborhood to you in a way that lets you be as connected as you like. <\/span><\/p>\n

Specifically, you can use NextDoor to help you locate nearby events, services, stores and even people. You can put stuff up for sale or find things that other locals are looking to get rid of, often for free.<\/span><\/p>\n

How about local yard sales or a dog walker or a babysitter? Think of one part of it as a community newsletter with ads for local products and services.<\/p>\n

If you want to get more involved in your community you can even use NextDoor to help you set up a neighborhood watch.<\/p>\n

It’s frequently the case that when you move into a new neighborhood it takes quite awhile to get to know your neighbors and even longer to figure out what’s going on and who’s doing what. NextDoor’s designers did a good job of creating an app that is pleasantly colorful, but not overdone. <\/span><\/p>\n

Features are logically organized, making it easy to find whatever you may be looking for. Be it items for sale, crime & safety info, or events going on nearby.<\/span><\/p>\n

While NextDoor doesn’t have graphics that are anything to write home about, what’s more important is that the app has a cleanly designed layout that makes it easy to navigate while being very aesthetically pleasing. <\/span><\/p>\n

Value: <\/b>[Rating4.5\/5]<\/span><\/p>\n

Overall we’d have to say that NextDoor should be on your phone whether you’re new to the neighborhood or a long time resident.<\/p>\n

As testament to our high opinion of this app, it was included in our 2019 roundup entitled “39 Great Apps For Your New iPhone<\/a>“.<\/p>\n

Plus, even if you’re about to move out and you’re just finding out about this app, don’t wait. It’s a great way to get rid of all that stuff you’d really rather not move to your new digs. <\/span><\/p>\n
