Leave it up to Microsoft to release an update that makes their software even worse then it was before.
The latest update, Service Pack 2 (14.2), does add some stability features and is OK to run UNLESS you use a Kerio Mail Server on any of your email accounts in Outlook.
Kerio is working on a solution which should be available in the next week or two. They know if they leave it up to Microsoft to fix their issues it may take years!!!
So we recommend not installing this update at this time if you use Kerio Mail Servers.
The third update now removes the Flashback Trojan in addition to detecting it.
If you don’t use JAVA, you can also download the standalone Flashback malware removal tool to clean infections from OS X Lion systems without Java installed.
Our recommendation is to just run software update and run all the latest updates as of today.
