Apple Release iOS 9 Public Beta 2

Following the Developer Releases of iOS 9 beta 4, Mac OS X 10.11 beta 4, and Watch OS 2 Beta 4, Apple today released a public beta of iOS 9 which we will call Public Beta 2. It is the same build as the developer build released yesterday.
